Roy has spent over two decades inside management systems — 15 years as QMR (Quality Management Representative) for Del Monte Fresh Produce Philippines, 23 years developing and maintaining management systems for ISO 9001, 19 years GLOBALG.A.P., 9 years ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 food safety management systems, and 6 years Internal Control System (ICS for Bureau of Plant Industry), founding ISOGAP Management Consultancy Services (IMCS) in 2019.
Today he consults, trains, coaches, and audits organizations working toward ISO, ICS, and GLOBALG.A.P. certification — bringing both a technical management-systems background and a legal one (Juris Doctor, 2001) to every engagement.
